The promoter of the concert where BUGA singer, Kizz Daniel, failed to perform in Tanzania has lamented the loss he has been subjected to.
According to him, he spent up to $300,000 to organise it, saying some of the tables were supposed to go for as much as $5,000 and $10,000.
In an online video chat with Daddy Freeze, the promoter who gave his name as Steven Uwa alleges that all was going to well, with the venue and everything set until Kizz Daniel refused to mount the stage because the gold chain he wanted to wear was not on him.
It was said to be in his luggage that the airline he patronised had yet to fetch for him.
According to the promoter, he and another associate did all to persuade and beg the artiste but it was to no avail.
Kizz is said to have been paid $60,000 for the concert.
The case has since become a globally popular one based on the confusion, violence and arrest he sparked.
Kizz Daniel was picked up by the Tanzanian police but was later released while the matter lingers.
The development has also stirred up criticism against Kizz Daniel, while many others are warning him to be wise in the way he manages his stardom.
