Popular media personality, Reno Omokri, has called on students who are home because of the ASUU strike to make a wise use of the situation.
According to him, the ASUU strike isn’t a period for students to while away time, but rather a period they can grow themselves and make money even more than their lecturers.
According to him, the ASUU strike, which started on February 14, 2022, is a blessing in disguise.

He wrote:
“ASUU has been on strike for over a year and all you do is complain, or visit your girlfriend for weather for two?
In that time, you could have learnt a skill like coding, blockchain or ethical hacking, and strike it richer than your professors that are on strike!
See the ASUU strike as a blessing in disguise.
Don’t waste away at home waiting for universities to reopen.
