Nollywood actor, Tony Umez, has called out his mobile service provider, Airtel, for allegedly frustrating him.
According to him, the provider wiped out his bonus and keeps changing his service plan without his consent.
He says he has lost thousands of naira because of them and any time he calls the customer service to complain they will apologise and cut the phone on him.
