Like the deep calling to the deep, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor EA Adeboye, has identified what he considers the six special strengths of the founder of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Dr WF Kumuyi.
The two are Christian giants on whose shoulders millions of others stand globally.
Apart from being durable fishers of men, they have been able to build huge religious and leadership brands in terms of their personalities and sizes as well as influences of their churches.
Besides, they have been able to make faiths and prosperity co-habit.
While Adeboye is famous for the rise of the expansive and self-sustaining Redemption Camp city, Kumuyi’s Deeper Life Church headquarters in Gbagada, Lagos, is more than a monument to behold.
Besides, here are two clerics who have been able to build and successfully run well rated universities (and other schools) in a clime where many public institutions have been wrecked.
Now, Adeboye has seized the opportunity of a book publication to list what makes Kumuyi great.
According to him, Kumuyi is a great teacher of the word. He is pure, and he is discipline personified.
In the foreword to a new book on the Deeper Life man, titled Kumuyi: Defender of the Faith, which is authored by four pastors, namely Banji Ojewale, Segun Babatope, Emeka Izeze and Tunde Opeibi, Adeboye notes – as quoted by ‘The PUNCH’:
