Star musician, Davido, does not understand the silence he and his uncle – Ademola Adeleke – is getting from the Independent Electoral Commission.
He believes that it ought to have presented Adeleke the certificate, two days after he was declared winner of the Osun State governorship election.
In a tweet on Tuesday, Davido says:
”48hrs after our @AAdeleke_01 victory at the Osun Gubernatorial elections, we are yet to receive our certificate. @inecnigeria should we send you fuel money? LOL Please no one should tamper with the will of the Osun People! Issue the certificate as required by Law! ”
Meanwhile, Adeleke has said that he had no pact with the Minister of Interior Rauf Aregbesola to defeat Governor Gboyega Oyetola of Osun State in the election.
According to him, it is only some members of Aregbesola’s faction that collaborated with him.
