Star artiste Davido and his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, could not hold back tears on Saturday evening as they area to be convinced by the results they have seen so far in the Osun governorship election.
Both are seen literally shedding tears mixed with laughter in company with other personal and political families, in a video that has now gone viral.
INEC is in the conclusive end of the election in which voters turned out enmasse.
Earlier, Davido had tweeted that things were looking positive, just as he alerted voters to be at alert and defend their choices.
Although Adeleke and Governor Adegboyega Oyetola won in their respective units, Adeleke has been recording some dramatic feats in some areas.
These include in the Ila-Orangun hometown of the APC’s past chairman, Bisi Akande, who is also a former governor.
Besides, Oyetola lost at the polling unit near the Government House, Osogbo, to Adeleke.
While Adeleke garnered 117 votes at GRA Polling Unit, Agowande, in Olorunda, Oyetola who ran on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), got 106 polls.
The polling unit is in Olorunda Local Government Area.
