For star gospel singer, it is the end of an era as her remains gave been committed to mother earth.
The body of the artiste who died in a controversial circumstance, with her husband indicted for domestic violence,
was laid to rest in her hometown, Isochi Umunneochi in Abia State.
The ‘Ekwueme’ singer died on April 8, 2022, in Abuja.
Her death was linked to her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, for which he is standing trial before a Federal Capital Territory High Court.
Although the husband has said that she died from lung cancer, her children and other relatives have alleged witnessing how he maltreated her.
Nwachukwu is still in Kuje Correctional Facility in Abuja.
