Senator Smart Adeyemi has cautioned people against hasty conclusions on the plight of his colleague, Senator Ike Ekweremadu.
Ekweremadu is currently being held alongside hise wife, over alleged organ harvesting.
According to Adeyemi, while clearer details of the matter are still being awaited, Wkweremadu is a man who exudes the right values, and will therefore not involve himself in bad deals as the case represents.
He said the Senate stood by h him – Ekweremadu – in the difficult time he was facing.
Meanwhile succour may be on the way for the embattled Senator’s ailing daughter Sonia.

As ‘Eagle Online’ reports, Martha made the offer in a viral video seen by CKN News
The lady in her 30s when asked what she wants in return for the offer said she is ready to donate the organ with no monetary reward.
According to her , the plight of Miss Ekweremadu has touched her and she sees her in her dream, hence the need to make the sacrifice.
It is, however, not yet clear whether or not doctors will find the offered prized organ suitable.
Ekweremadu and his wife are currently being detained in London over alleged attempt to harvest the organ of one David Ukpo
The case has been adjourned till July 2022.
