Popular gospel artiste, Yinka Alaseyori, has tackled Nigerian political leaders over the evils going on in the country, as evident in the killings in Owo, Ondo State.

She expressed sadness over the attack on St Francis Catholic Church Owo, Ondo State, where many people were killed.

Towards the closing hours of Sunday service on June 5, 2022, unknown gunmen shot worshippers, killing old and the young.

Reacting to the tragedy, Alaseyodi, who hit limelight last year when she sang the controversial song, β€˜Oniduro mi’, describes the act as evil.

She wonders at how those in government have a good rest at night with the whole evil going on in the country.

Taking to her Facebook page, she wrote:

“It is just pure evil to point guns and kill innocent and defenseless people for whatever reason.

I don’t know how those governing this nation sleep at night.

But it takes a wicked soul to look away from the blood blood shed in this country.
