A former Managing Director of the Daily Times of Nigeria, Dr Yemi Ogunbiyi, has expressed optimism that Nigeria would be great again, in spite of its daunting challenges.
Ogunbiyi made the remark in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on the sidelines of activities to mark his 75th birthday celebration in Lagos on Wednesday.

At its peak, in the 1970s, it was one of the most successful locally owned businesses in Africa.
Ogunbiyi expressed gratitude to God for seeing him through many eventful years that marked his life’s journey.
In his sermon at the Holy Communion Service held to commemorate the day in Lagos, Most Rev. Michael Fape, Archbishop of Anglican Communion, of Remo Diocese, prayed that God should direct the rest of Ogunbiyi’s life on earth.

He thanked God for the good health, family life and friends of the celebrant.
He urged the celebrant re-dedicate the rest of his life to the service of God and humanity.
