– Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale, has come out to praise Nigerians, while calling out Ghanaian music, saying it is shameful.

– Popular Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., who is professionally known as Shatta Wale took to his social media platform to share his opinion on Nigerian and Ghanaian music highlighting how the two styles of music vary from one another.

– The singer in a lengthy post on his Twitter platform analyzed in his own words how Nigerian music surpasses Ghanaian music for him as an artist.

– The adulation comes months after he created a meltdown against Nigerian music and the industry.

– He said Nigerians should be respected for the hard work they put into their music, adding that they understood talent.

– Shatta Wale slammed Ghanaians for comparing themselves to Nigerians stating that the lifestyle of both countries are different.

– Shatta in a tweet on Sunday said, “Please can we just respect Nigerians for their hard work and stop comparing our lazy lifestyle to theirs?

– “It’s a shame ppl think Nigerians will come hard at me, but see they are the ones doing the streaming cuz they understand what Talent means .. Ghana music is a shame.”
