CAAF to propel African clubs to retain world cup

The Confederation of African Amputee Football (CAAF) has said that it would collaborate with the four African representatives at the forthcoming World Amputee Football, to ensure that an African club-side retained the cup.
Mr Suleiman Isah, second vice president, CAAF disclosed this on Friday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Minna.
Isah said that Angola, Liberia, Morocco and Tanzania would represent Africa at the tournament scheduled for October 1 to 9, 2022 in Turkey.

“The CAAF is doing everything possible to ensure that the World Amputee Football tournament coming up this year in Turkey would be impactful to African clubs representing us.
“The current champion is Angola, but we want to create an enabling environment for any of the African countries to retain the world cup.
He said that CAAF would provide every necessary assistance to the clubs to ensure that they achieved success during the tournament.
