Senegal has multiple blessings to count at the All Africa Cup of Nations being rounded off in Cameroon as they are going home with three vital trophies.
Apart from winning the ultimate cup, beating Egypt, Sadio Mane emerged Best Player of the Tournament while Eduardo Mendi won the Best Goalkeeper.
The team put up an overwhelming performance, forcing Egypt to the back most of the times.
They were not among the biggest favourites.
Many gave the tournament to the likes of Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Cameroon and Egypt.
But they proved that they had all it takes, and they so won the gold on Sunday night.
