Former media aide to former P resident Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has expressed his opinion on dressing well.
According to him, one should dress well in order to show the best version of oneself to the world.
Reno, who talked about this in a post on his Instagram page, said dressing well gave one confidence, noting dressing well did not mean being expensive.

He wrote (SIC):
Dress well.
Not because of others.
But because you want to project the best version of yourself to the world.
Dressing well does not mean dressing expensively.
And being well dressed may or may not make others like you.
But it will certainly make you like yourself!
Looking good is not vanity.
It is sanity.
You feel as good as you look.
And when you feel good, you project confidence.
And when you project confidence, people just like you, though they may not know why.
Even if you are not facially handsome, dress handsomely!
