Super Eagles player, Alex Iwobi, has admitted that the footballing world deserved more than they eventually got from the team in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
Iwobi got a controversial red card during the Sunday match against unfavoured Tunisia, a saga that many believe contributed to the Eagles’ 1-0 loss.
He, on Tuesday, however, reflected deeply, waxing poetic in a statement:
