Prince Mukaila Adetunji, who is the first son of deceased Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji,has spoken on his last moments.
According to him, his father died in the early hours of January 2, 2022.
Mukaila said the monarch did not experience any major sickness, noting that he only complained about malaria.
In an interview with oriyomihamzat.com hours after the passage, Mukaila daid, “My father passed on with ease. He did not inconvinience us in any way. He had a little fever, and that was it.”
The prince described Oba Adetunji as a great father and a good husband to his wibes – the oloris.
‘My father united the whole family. We will miss him. But we thank God that all of us are in a good position to carry on life without hitches,” he added.
