The Prosecutor, Insp. Chidi Leo, had told the court that a patrol team led by Insp. Garba Hassan, arrested the convict along Yakowa Road, Kaduna, on Jan. 4.

He informed the court that David broke into the residence of one Pascal Blessed at Ungwan Pama, Kaduna, and made away with two LG plasma television sets and two HP laptops.

Leo added that during police investigation the convict confessed to the crime and the items were recovered from him.

The offence, he said, contravened Sections 348, 347 and 217 of the Kaduna State Penal Code, 2017.
