Mr Bode Olanipekun (SAN), the Managing Partner, Wole Olanipekun & Co. law firm, on Wednesday expressed delight over the appointment of Adekunbi Ogunde, as partner in the firm.
Olanipekun, in a statement made available to phenomenal said the addition of Ogunde, a transactional lawyer, to the firm would strengthen its rapidly expanding commercial and corporate practice.

“Ogunde brings to the firm a wealth of experience as a transactional lawyer, having worked in leading law firms in Nigeria and the United Kingdom,” he said.
Olanipekun, stated that Ogunde, in her wealth of legal knowledge, had advised clients on several cross-border commercial transactions and also represented them at international arbitration proceedings.
He said clients who had gained from such knowledge included: financial institutions, state and Federal Government agencies, oil and gas companies, international and national non-governmental organisations.
According to Olanipekun, Ogunde, has an LL.B from the University of Hull and an LL.M from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Olanipekun, also said that Ogunde was named as a recipient of the ‘McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders in Nigeria’ award in 2018.
He said that Ogunde had delivered speeches at conferences such as the International Bar Association Conference 2019, at South Korea and the Commonwealth Law Conference 2019, at Livingstone, Zambia.
