As backlash continues to come the way of comedians who met with the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, at the Aso Villa, Abuja on Thursday, one of them has lamented that people are cursing him.
Josh Alfred aka Josh2funny was with the like of Taaooma, Woli Agba and Yemi Elesho on the visit, which, according to them, was on an award they were planning.
But they have been heavily criticised by their online constituencies, who believe that they have sold out.
Reacting on Friday, Josh2funny said it was unfair that people were saying he had gone to collect money.
He noted, (sic): “This money wey people say I collect God Abeg gimme that money, that fat envelops located me in Jesus name Amen.
“If to say swear dey work omo I for don kpai since but thanK God!
“It’s alright people the visit was for a good course, I just hope it will be implemented, God bless.
He added: “This insult is becoming too much. One person just came to my dm and called me husband snatcher and clout chaser. Please try and understand the situation so that you can know the right insult.”
