Dancer and daughter of afro beat legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Yeni, has advised a former member of the Big Brother Naija house, Tega, to stop commenting on social media for now.
According to her, she should take a break from all platforms so that people can forget her intimate affairs with another housemate, Boma.
Although Tega is married, she had engaged in kissing and other intimate treats with Boma, earning an unending fury from the acts.
She has apologised, while her husband, Ajeboh, has also pardoned her.
She also later said she had had enough of negative vibes from people over her action, saying the programme was meant for people above 18.
The latest is that she has brought down all the materials on her Instagram page, noting she had been mentally weighed down.
But during ‘Your View’ on TVC, as monitored by phenomenal.com.ng on Friday, Yeni said, as a married woman, Tega was not supposed to have tried what she did.
Now that she had done it, Yeni added, she should distance herself from social media glare, so that, by the time she came back, the heat would have been over.
Yeni said, “She is still commenting on social media. That won’t help. The fact is that we need to learn how to conduct ourselves in public. A married woman who goes to kiss another man in public has done badly. So, she needs to go off social media for now. Let the people forget, then she can come back a changed person.”
Yeni added that there was no saint anywhere. She, however, insisted that a married woman had the added responsibility to be careful.
“Well, I don’t know how to advise because I get my own for body. Just pray it’s not you. Every day, be fasting and praying,” she said.
