Top actress, Mercy Aigbe, has joined many other Nigerians to mourn MC Eve, a rising comedienne who died after involving in a road crash in Lekki, Lagos.
The artiste with the full name Evelyn Adewunmi was in a car with her boyfriend on October 12, when they were involved in an accident along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
The boyfriend, who was driving, was unhurt but Eve was critically injured.
She was rushed to a nearby private hospital but didn’t make it.
According to Aigbe, the death is heartbreaking and absolutely shocking.
Others, including Toyin Lawani, whose wedding was anchored by Eve, has also expressed sadness over her death.
