Historical realities are emerging from the divorce process of iconic couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as their $60m home is said to have been awarded to her.According to E! News, it was Kim Kardashian’s heartbreaking discussion with Kris Jenner that revealed the Skims founder’s next steps.
Kim had said she had found the marriage not working as she wanted, as she claimed loneliness in the midst of marriage.
She and Kim do not get to be together, according to her.
She had noted recently: “I just feel like I’ve worked so hard in life to achieve everything that I’ve wanted to and I’ve lived up to my expectations and achieved 10 times more than what I thought was humanly possible, but I don’t have a life to share that with.”
“I’m I just going to sit here and think, ‘OK my kids fulfill me and I’m good?’ I never thought I was lonely. I just thought that was totally fine, I can just have my kids.
“My husband moves from state to state. I’m just on this ride with him and I was OK with that. And then after turning 40 this year, I realized like no, I don’t want a husband that lives in a completely different state.”
“I want someone that we have the same shows in common. I want someone that wants to work out with me. It’s the little things is what I don’t have. I have all the big things. I have the extravagant everything you could possibly imagine and no one will ever do it like that. I’m grateful for those experiences but I think I’m ready for the small experiences that will mean a lot.”
Now TMZ reports that the monument that metamorphosed from a property they bought for $20m in 2014 is the Hidden Hills Estate she shared with Kanye West.
Children factor is, however, part of the reason the facility goes to Kim.
The reality star filed for divorce in February, but the exes have remained on good terms and have even shown public support for each other. But despite the fact that the two have maintained a close friendship, their divorce is still on.
According to the publication, new documents filed in the Los Angeles County Court Tuesday October 12th show that Kim will get the $60 million house they built together.
Sources said that the estranged couple negotiated a buyout price for the property on which they had constructed their dream abode from the ground up. They initially purchased the 5,000-square-foot Southern California mansion for $20 million in 2014 before gutting the existing structure, renovating it down to every last nail.
In March, it was revealed that Kim was set to get the home as their divorce proceedings continued amid rumors of a possible reconciliation.
