SaharaReporter Publisher, Omoyele Sowore, has given an indication that he will not let the killing of his brother, Olajide Sowore, dampen his spirit for true change in Nigeria.
Olajide was killed in Edo State last week, by men said to be kidnappers.
The surviving Sowore, who is also a politician and activist, has been a fierce critic of the Nigerian system.
He has been in detention and court several times over his stance on governance.
He is the brain behind the #Revolution Now struggle that has caused some drupture on some occasions.
Hours after Olajide was buried, Sowore noted in a Facebook post:
“My brother Olajide Sowore will never die in vain, thank you Nigeria! Though I am shackled, I am not in chains, I refuse to be held down! #RevolutionNow,” the elder Sowore wrote.
