If there is anyone potentially courting the trouble of broadcaster and wife of acclaimed actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, that person is Angel – controversial BBNaija hpusemate.
The reason is that she has declared she has a crush for Jumobi’s own husband – RMD.
A week after saying she preferred to have a child for a married man, citing her mental state, Angel told fellow housemates that RMD is someone whe doesn’t mind to date.
She noted tis during a question and answer game.
Actor, writer, producer, and lawyer, Mofe-Damijo recently turned 60.
He is still doing fine in the movie industry, after returning when he finished serving as the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State.
One thing RMD is blessed with is his marriage to Jumobi.
They tied the knot in 2000, and now have four wonderful kids to show for it – two males, two females.
With Angel’s wild wish, she must definitely be courting Jumobi’s trouble.
Many may even no more see her as an angel, but the other force that may tear down a sweet, sweet home.
Although Jumobi is not a lousy type, RMD recently spoke about some of the issues they had had to cope with:
“There was also a story of me having another young wife in Lagos and that I would leave my wife soon. It is really difficult sometimes for her to navigate through all of this. This is the age of social media. There are people who look at one without any regard for the sanctity of one’s marriage or one’s home. All they want to do is tear one down. They write things like, ‘He is in love with somebody else. He is going to leave his wife tomorrow’. How do you even wake up and do that? What have I done to you? Why do people like to see celebrity marriages crash? What has helped is that I never really see myself as a celebrity. My marriage is not a celebrity marriage. There are times when I have been told, ‘We will pay to interview you and your wife’. I often tell them, ‘Sorry, she has more sense than me, she will not do this for all the money (in the world). I am sorry, if you cannot have me alone, then it’s fine. But be rest assured that she is good’.”
