Popular actress, Mery Aigbe, has identified three powerful actresses that are a big inspiration to her.
Among the three, her first chopice is Shola Sobowale, who has continued to get better even at 56.
Aigbe made the revelation in an Instagram reflection on Friday, saying, (stet) “I didn’t make a mistake choosing you as a role model, I have loved you a long time! The ‘Oruko’ actress narrated how Sobowale had inspired her decision to pursue a career in the film industry.
“Guys this woman, Liz Benson and Patience Ozokwo were my reasons for being an actress (asides my deep rooted passion for the job ) I absolutely adored and still adore them… I remember my first encounter with you several years ago on the set of your movie Ohun Oko so mi da (story for another day)
“God bless you Mama for being a great inspiration! Love you.”
