The National Deputy President of Penticostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Archbishop Johnpraise Daniel promotes world peace and harmony.
Daniel made this known on Tuesday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in commemoration of the International Day of Peace.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the International Day of Peace is marked annually on Sept. 21, to place the spotlight on attainment of sustainable peace in the world.
Its aim is to create and promote global solidarity in achieving a peaceful and sustainable world.
The theme of the 2021 International Day of Peace is “Recovering better for an equitable and sustainable world”.
Daniel who is also the Chairman, Interfaith Advisory Committee against Corruption with the EFCC, said only a peaceful environment would guarantee progress and a corrupt free society.
The Archbishop, who is the Presiding Senior Pastor of Dominion Chapel Int’l Churches, added that with peace, more investors would come into the country, thereby enhancing national development.

He therefore advised Nigerians to embrace peace, in line with God’s commandment, for a better and more secure country and the world at large.
He further said it was the mind of God that peace be observed in the world, as “He is the Prince of Peace and perfect example for the world”.
“Every individual must strive to play the role of a peacemaker, which will facilitate socio-economic values,” he said.
The cleric urged Christians and all Nigerians not to relent in doing good, as the work of charity promotes peace in any society.
