‘I have trained 30 gospel artistes’

In a clime where manr artistes start from the church, a gospel artiste, Pastor Ayoola Ogundare, has spoken about the impacts he is makimg.

He, on Sunday in Lagos, said he trained up to 30 gospel artistes in his studio.

This is as he called on his peers to mentor young gospel singers to be relevant musicians in Christendom.

Ogundare, who launched his 5th album titled: “Music and Miracle’’ recently, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that today’s gospel artistes held a lot for the future.

He added that this prompted him to establish a music academy which had been able to touch lives all around the globe.

The pastor said the new album was aimed at impacting lives positively through miracles of salvation, winning of souls for Christ and for people to have joy.

Ogundare said that the academy taught young, upcoming artistes in musical instrumentation.

“Over the years, I have trained more than 30 gospel artistes in my music school which has bred good vocalists and instrumentalists, ‘’ he said.

Ogundare also said that his music school, Judah King Music, is strictly for gospel music.

He explained that as a Branch Pastor of Gospel Faith Mission International, he had always been a humble servant in the discharge of his duties, counselling and prayers.

“My music was officially launched in 2003 with the first Album titled; “the two beggars”.

“The second, third and the fourth albums were titled `Sunkere’, `Praise unlimited’ and `Breakthrough’ respectively,’’ he said
