A military coup has reared its head in another African country – Guinea.
Soldiers have arrested PresidentAlpha Conde, saying they hadtaken over power.
AFP quoted a top official as saying, “We have decided, after having taken the president, to dissolve the constitution.”
The government has, however, also ben reported to have said the coul had been quashed.
The country has not know much peace and posterity in the 20-year rule of Conde, who launched into third term last year.
