Evicted BBNaija housemates hoping to go into Nollywood seems to have an obstacle awaiting them.
A top industry player, Emeka Rollas, has said the gate is closed to them.
Rollas spoke as the President, Actors Guild of Nigeria, after Boma and Tega, who were evicted on Sunday, said they planned to go into acting.
A good number of past evictees have made it into Nollywood, which has been expansively embracing, including sucking in musicians and stand-up comedians too.
Indeed, top comic souls like Mr Macaroni and Broda Saggy have become a hot cake in this respcect.
But Rollas does not appear to think it should be an all-comers’affair.
He noted in an Instagram reaction to the aspiration of the evictees: “Nollywood is not a dumping ground for evictees! Case closed.”
