BBNaija’s Cross believes that, because he is an Igboman, almost evryone will think he should be focusing on the N90m at stake in the competition.
The thinking must have been based on the popular belief that the typical Igboman likes money, perhaps more than any other tribe – although that is arguable.
The most important thing is evn that Cross iss ready to disappoint those who believe so as far as his participation in the competition is.
According to him, he is not yet focusing on the money, but on love.
During a diary session on Tuesday, he sadi:
“I’m focusing more on love, rather than taking the winning prize. As an Igbo boy, I don’t think that’s a right thing to say but I think I’m not going to say the right thing, I’m just going to say the honest thing.
“Honestly, I can’t really say I’m focused on winning the grand prize now because it’s still like three or four weeks coming.
“If it were one or two weeks, I think we could have another conversation. That’s still far in line. Anything can happen and I can still go home.
“For now, I won’t focus on winning the money for now. I hope eventually, I’ll think about that but I’m more in love for now.”
