Borno State governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, on Tuesday deepened his practical approach to governance when he held an impromptu test for public school teachers in the Baga community of the state.
According to him, the impromptu aptitude test for the 65 teachers was held to determine their qualifications and ability to teach.
