Coronavirus has killed another prominent Nigerian.
Hajiya Hazida, wife of former President Late Shehu Shagari, died on Thursday at the age of 80, with her son, Bello Baba Shagari, linking the death to COVID-19 complications.
According to Bala, she died of COVID-19 complications around 3:00 am on Thursday in Gwagwalada Isolation Centre.
He said she will be buried today at 4:00 pm according to Islamic rites.
