A picture asserting the supremacy of a former Governor of Delta State, James Ibori, has surfaced online.
In the photo, Ibori is seen sitting down while the Senator, James Manager, remains on his kneel.
The atmosphere does not suggest that the duo are playing, as Ibori is seen apparently frowningly querying him while the Senator looks apologetic.
Also, that Manager is wearing a nose mask shows that it is a recent picture.
A politician capable of being described as a cat with nine lives, Ibori has remained the man to beat in Delta State despite the ordeals he has passed through.
Among such is imprisonment in the United Kingdom over money laundering.
Yet, he remains the kingmaker, installing the current Governor Okowa and most other political office holders from the state.
