As many people are still expecting popular gospel singer, Tope Alabi, to clear the air on her controversial analysis of ‘Oniduro Mi’, a song by a younger artiste, Yinka Alaseyori, she has sent a coded message to her fans.
Many believe Tope Alabi, who has been widely bashed by those who think she wants to bring down Alaseyori, should speak up or apologise to her.
But she has not made any major statement on the development.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, however, she said, “Look at yourself in a mirror and tell yourself how proud you are to have come this far. IF NOT FOR GOD…… Have a blessed week.”
The post has generated many reactions, with over 7,000 already greeting it.
Many of the comments still exude raw anger and what can be described as disappointment, by those who feel the inspirational singer should not have treated ‘Oniduro’ as she did.
Many respondents, however, remain loyal and friendly with her, with some of them nothing that to err is man.
