Days after Governor Ben Ayade abandoned the Peoples Democratic Party for the All Progressives Congress, a former Governor in the state, Donald Duke, has returned to the first – PDP.
Duke had deflected to the Social Democratic Party where he contested in the presidential election.
According to the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Caretaker Committee in Cross River State, Effiok Cobham, he has perfected the return.
“Yes, he has registered,” he told journalists on Wednesday.
