Group Managing Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, Mele Kyari, has given the indication that petrol prise will soon rise.
He noted this in Abuja on Thursday while briefing the media after Council meeting.
According to him, the Federal Government currently pays N120bn a month as subsidy.
This, he said, was no more sustainable, adding that landing and charges cost is now N234 per litre.
This, he said, was what Nigerians would eventually have to pay.
