The Plateau House of Assembly has proceeded on a two-week break to enable members to attend to some constituency work.
The Speaker of the assembly, Abok Ayuba, made the announcement in a statement issued by his Press Secretary, Mr Bulus Atang, on Tuesday in Jos.
Ayuba said the decision to embark on the break was reached at an executive session held at the assembly’s complex on Tuesday.
He said that the house would resume plenary on Feb. 16.
