Three cities in southern Benin – Cotonou, Abomey-Calavi and Ouidah – will host the third edition of the International Workers’ Festival (FIT) from April 29 to May 12, 2021.

It will be under the theme, “The Digital: a new universe of development in full growth”, the organisers said in Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin.

Initiated by Authentic Media Agency, the Festival aims to celebrate work and to establish a framework more conducive to the emergence of workers’ talents and dynamism, so as to relaunch the development of Benin.

FIT aims to be an event of national and international scope, which offers exceptional opportunities for business, exchanges and celebration.

This will be through several activities such as a workers’ market, workers’ caravan, a march of the heart, concert tribute to workers, culinary fair, Challenge Art competition, Brave Workers evening, a conference on digital issues and business meetings.

A Workers’ Village will be erected to welcome participants.
