Star actor, Lateef Adedimeji, has revealed why he has not got wedded.
He is one of the actors regarded as eligible bachelors but he says he has no date yet.
According to him, he is taking his time because he does not want to get it wrong.
In an interview on TVC’s ‘Your View’ on Friday morning, he said,
“It is good to take one’s time. This job (acting) is very critical. When you choose wrongly, it can be the end of the career. As an actor, emotionally you have to be balanced, physically, you have to be balanced.”
Adedimeji has distinguished as a formidable actor, giving every role some kind of class.
He is the star of a biopic that veteran producer, Tunde Kelani, is making on the late apala singer, Ayinla Omowura.
On his relationship with ladies, especially actresses, he said he was always very careful.
He, however, conceded that he was never a saint.
(It has to be a matter of trust. Friendship is key in relationships. There has to be a lot of carefulness. But no actor will say, ‘I am a saint, I have not made a mistake.’ We are humans. We just have to understand it and get it clear.”
