There appears to be no stooping Democratic Party’s Joe Biden from becoming the next American President.

He has secured 264 deciding electoral votes, waiting for just six more to hit the supreme 270.

His opponent, President Donald Trump of the Republican Party, now has 214.

Biden’s latest magic came from Michigan, where he floored Trump, whose team has, introduced a legal action, alleging the compromise of counting process.

Expressing hope on Wednesday, Biden said power belonged to the people, noting that that was at play in the US.

“Senator Harris and I are on track to win more votes than any ticket in the history of this country. After a long night of counting, it’s clear that we’re winning enough states to reach the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency.

“We the people will not be silenced. We the people will not be bullied. We the people will not surrender,” Mr Biden added. “My friends, I am confident we will emerge victorious.”
