Students of the Abia State University are to pay a N15,000 pandemic-prevention fee, according to a document credited to the institutiin’s authorities.
The instruction contained in a letter said to be from the management is causing ripples, with Ebube Jessica, a concerned citizen, screaming on Fcebook,
“I don’t know if I should laugh or cry?
“Since their SUG has met with ?kp? az? who must have given them brown envelopes, I don’t know what the fate of this students will be now.”
