Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has defended the participation of his wife, Betty, in his administration.
He said this on Wednesday while reacting to the allegation that members of his family are overbearing in the government.
It was during an ongoing dChannels TV ebate heralding the governorship election holding in the state on Saturday.
He said his wife had impacted positively in health and charity programmes.
When you have an intelligent First Lady, there is no way she will not be part of what you are doing. The state today has one election that has given them two for the price of one,” he said.
