An old video in which African American, George Floyd, speaks to humanity has surfaced and is igniting more emotions.
In the video, he speaks about the need to stop brutality, which he, howevrr suffered in the hands of the white policeman who knelt on his neck.
Hope for a New World, the group that shared the video online, transcribes Floyd’s sermon thus:
My Gee whats happening. I just want to speak to y’all real quick. I just want to say men that I got my shortcomings and my flaws. I aint better than nobody else, but uhmm men, the shootings thats going on men, I dont care what hood you’re from men, where you at men. I love you and God love you men. Put them guns down men, that aint what it is. You know, God bless y’all and y’all hold your head up men. We got parents out here sitting in place out here, trying to bury they kids men. Think about it.
