A lady who accused star singer, D’banj, of raping her, Seyitan Babatayo, has said that reports that she was arrested by the police are false.
According to her, she and her mum were never arrested as claimed.
Further claiming she was raped, she said it was one Frank who took her to the room where the adventure obviously happened.
Babatayo, however, added in a tweet that she was not ready to further pursue the matter:
“I’m done with all these back and forth drama…Frank took me to the party and gave me the key to the room. I’m moving on and leaving everything behind me. Thanks and God bless
“I don’t know where all this rumors are coming from . Myself and my mom were not and have not been arrested,” she said.
D’Banj’s lawyers had threatened to sue her following the claim.
