The leadership of the All Progressives Congress by Victor Giadom has technically expired as the party has put in place a Caretaker Committee.
President Muhammadu Buhari endorsed Giadom’s controversial acting chairman capacity on Wednesday.
At the Thursday’s National Executive Committee meeting that Giadom called, however, Buhari dissolved the National Working Committee, thus further discarding suspended Oshiomhole, while also calling for the Caretaker Committee.
