Although President Muhammadu Buhari has endorsed Victor Giadom as the All Progressives Party’s acting chairman, he has also endorsed the emergence of Osagie Ize-Iyamu as the party’s candidate in the Edo State governorship election.
Giadom had earlier declared the election null and void but Buhari said it be ratified during the National Executive Committee held on Thursday.
This is despite the fact that the President has also ordered the dissolution of the National Working Committee that conducted the primary.
