As rumours spread that former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away, his spokesperson, Bolaji Tunji, has said he is sill alive.
Ajimobi reportedly has coronavirus although this has not been officially confirmed.
There have reports and insinuations, especially, pointing towards fatality, especially on Thursday evening.
But Tunji was quoted as saying, “I spoke with those around him not long ago and they confirmed to me that he is still alive. Please disregard news of his death as fake news.”
