“This Year’ singer, Jaywon, has become the second Nigerian entertainer that got into trouble by violating coronavirus-related orders.
While actress Funke Akindele was sentenced to 14 days’ community service for holding a party alongside his husband, Jaywon too has been arrested and prosecuted in Lagos for violating the ongoing curfew.
He was said to have been arrested on Monday and tried on Tuesday.
Apart from being fined N10,000, he was also asked to do a 30-minute community service, after having pleaded guilty.
