Some Nigerians stranded in the United Kingdom following the COVID-19 lockdown have landed in Lagos.
According to reports, the airplane touched down at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at about 13:45 pm on Friday.
Confirming their arrival, Chairman Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, said:
“The first evacuation from the Uk has landed in Lagos. The passengers will be proceeding to Abuja where they will be on 14-day compulsory isolation.”
