Writer and media executive, Toni Kan, has declined his appointment as the spokesperson of the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq.
This is as a result of bitter criticism by some members and loyalists of the All Progressives Congress, who said Kan did not deserve the offer as, they argued, he was not sympathetic to the Bhari government and the PC.
